72-Hour Money-Back Guarantee
All paid plans come with a 72-hour money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with the service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 72 hours of your purchase — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
- Email meow@kranky.io within 72 hours of your purchase.
- Include the email address associated with your account.
- We'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
After 72 Hours
Once the 72-hour window has passed, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period. You can still cancel your subscription at any time, and your server will remain active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Annual & Quarterly Plans
If you're on an annual or quarterly plan and want to cancel early (after the 72-hour window), we may offer a prorated refund for the remaining unused months at our discretion. Contact us at meow@kranky.ioand we'll work something out.
Free Trials
Free trial servers are free — there's nothing to refund. If you're unsure about committing, we recommend starting with a trial before purchasing a paid plan.
Refund Policy Abuse
If we detect a pattern of abuse — such as repeatedly signing up, requesting refunds, and signing up again — we reserve the right to restrict your account from future purchases or deny refund requests.
